of the Aveyronnaises of Paris. Here, they have

traditional aveyronnaise gastronomy. The place
is charming, it looks like a vast room of a castle
with its large pilar and its big stones.

at LAuberge Avyronnaise, the show
is also in the plates. All the products are directly
coming from Aveyron. The first-course offers a
choice among some of the best than this marvellous
country can give. For exemple, its an hard
choice between the Laguioles Trout Rilletes
or the saussages and ham served on a plank. Among
the main course, the menu offers of course the
Aligot but there also some specials dishes like
the andouillette (small chitterling sausage) or
the famouse boudin aux pommes (blood sausage with
apple). A typical french dishe of the true french
gastronomy. Concerning the wines, you will find
a large choice of all the vineyards of Aveyron
(Marcillac, Estaing, Entraygues).
